INDEPENDENT ADVISORY
A warehouse consultant who doesn't sell warehouse software.
Independent operational advice for distributors and manufacturers doing $5M to $100M. We take no vendor money, hold no reseller agreements, and earn exactly the same fee no matter what you decide.
FLIGHT CHECK · STARTING AT $4,000 · 2–4 WEEKS
01 · WHY IT MATTERS
Almost everyone advising you on a warehouse system gets paid when you buy one.
Resellers earn license margin. Implementation partners earn services revenue. Referral networks take a percentage. None of that is hidden or illegal, and none of those people are villains. But it does mean the person recommending a platform usually makes more money if you buy the expensive one.
We spent 13 years on that side of the table, selling ERP. We know exactly how the incentives shape the advice, because we lived inside them. InventoryATC exists to sit on the other side.
No vendor compensation. No referral fees. No reseller margin. You pay us, so we work for you.
02 · THE ENGAGEMENT
What a Flight Check produces
A focused assessment of how your operation actually runs: layout, pick paths, barcoding, receiving, replenishment, and the handoffs between them. Two to four weeks, starting at $4,000, fixed scope.
- Current-state process map of how your operation actually runs
- Future-state map showing what it should look like
- Findings report with an ROI estimate against each item
- A prioritized 90-day plan you can execute without us
03 · STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The questions people ask first
- How do you make money if you don't take vendor fees?
- You pay us directly, and that's the only money involved. A Flight Check assessment starts at $4,000. Nobody sends us a referral fee, we hold no reseller agreements, and we earn nothing different depending on which system you end up with. That's the whole model, and it's why we can tell you to keep what you have.
- What if the answer is that we don't need new software?
- Then we say so, in writing, and you've spent four figures instead of six on a system that wouldn't have fixed the problem. This happens more often than the software industry likes to admit. Layout, process, and discipline problems don't get solved by a new platform.
- Who is this actually for?
- Distributors and manufacturers roughly between $5M and $100M in revenue. Big enough that the operation is genuinely complex, small enough that a Big Four engagement makes no sense and you don't have a full-time ops analyst on staff.
- What does the engagement look like day to day?
- We spend time on your floor, not in a conference room. Receiving, put-away, pick paths, replenishment, cycle counts, and the handoffs between them. Then we map what we saw and show you where the money is leaking.
