PRIVACY
What we collect, and what we do with it.
Written in plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, company, role, the service you selected, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you book a call we collect your name, email address, time zone, your answers to the booking questions, and any guest email addresses you add to the invitation.
If you are a client with a portal account, we hold your name and email address, your company and engagement details, and the documents, invoices, milestones and scheduled calls associated with your engagement.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, as part of serving the site.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to see which advertisements lead to a booking or an enquiry. Both set cookies in your browser and share data with Google.
We also use a third-party visitor identification service (Leadsy) that estimates which company a visitor is browsing from, based on network information. We use it to understand which kinds of businesses are interested in our services. It runs only on our public marketing pages, never inside the client portal or the admin area.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies. Blocking these does not affect your ability to use the site, contact us, or book a call.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule and run calls, deliver the engagement you have hired us for, send the invoices and documents that go with it, and keep our own records of work performed.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with vendors, resellers or referral partners. That is the same independence the rest of our business runs on.
Who else sees it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business, and your information passes through them: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and portal accounts), and Google (calendar invitations, email delivery, analytics and advertising).
Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We share what those services need to function, and nothing beyond it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept while they are useful to an active or prospective engagement. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards where we need them for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
If you would like something removed sooner, ask us and we will unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to do so, and we will honour these requests regardless of where you live.
Portal account holders can update their own name and password from inside the portal at any time.
Security
Portal accounts are password protected and portal data is restricted so that each client can reach only their own records. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date below.
