TC-003
Tower Control
Implementation Oversight
$9,500
flat fee
Timeline: 8–16+ weeks
Hands-on, third-party oversight to keep your rollout on course. We coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, mitigate risk, and prepare your floor for cutover. InventoryATC does not implement the software — the selected ISV/implementation partner handles the technical work. We act as your independent advocate throughout.
Fee is based on the implementation timeline agreed at kickoff. Material delays or scope changes outside InventoryATC's control may trigger a scope review per the engagement agreement.
Best for: Teams that want an experienced, independent guide to de-risk implementation.
